I’m a creative producer, workshop leader, and Pilates instructor with a passion for bringing visions to life—whether that’s through a beautifully executed photoshoot, an inspiring dream board session, or mindful movement on the mat. With over a decade of experience in the athleisure space, I’ve had the joy of collaborating with brands like prAna, lululemon, ToeSox/Tavi Noir, and OluKai—curating everything from concept to final asset with heart, intention, and style.

A well-executed photoshoot is storytelling at its finest. I help set the tone, shape the vibe, and guide your project from concept to completion — ensuring every detail stays consistent, beautiful, and aligned with your vision. From building mood boards and casting talent to overseeing shoot day and final image selection, I curate both the experience and the end result, bringing your ideas to life in a way that feels intentional and effortless. With a deep understanding of brand aesthetics and creative flow, I help translate vision into visuals that resonate.

Vision Board Workshops
Visualization is a powerful tool for shaping what’s next. I offer seasonal Dream/Vision Board Manifestation Workshops—collaborative, hands-on sessions where we connect, create, and tap into your intuition. Together, we turn ideas into artful representations of your visions, giving your dreams a visible place to grow. You’ll leave with a tangible board that reflects your aspirations and inspires aligned action. Private 1:1 and small group sessions—including team-building experiences—are also available for a more personalized experience.

Pilates Instruction
Movement is essential, and it’s a joy to guide clients in building strength, mobility, confidence, and balance through Pilates. I’m comprehensively certified through Balanced Body, with training rooted in my early education under Julian Littleford. Drawing from a background in yoga, I create sessions that blend breath, mindfulness, and alignment with the classical Pilates repertoire. I teach private and group classes at Pilates Movement in Solana Beach, CA. Whether you’re getting back into movement or building fitness, Pilates is a powerful, supportive practice.
